I am impressed that Advanstar has opened the 2013 February Dealer Expo to Dealer 20 groups prior to the show! Here is why Simply put, dealers need to look at their business operations more today than ever. Is business turning around? Are the expenses still out of control? Do you have the correct staff and how do you fix that? How do you maximize sales in all departments WITHOUT spending a ton of money? Do you have another hour to read this because I can go on... But I won't. It is a fact that now is the time that we have to become more disciplined about every aspect of the business. Channel Ideas will be re-establishing the TEAM 20 Groups because we are seeing business begin to trend up. Is that happening everywhere? No. But I think it will. We want to make it possible to help dealers optimize their opportunities in all departments and grab the ride up for 2013.
We will offer two different options to join TEAM in Indy. One is simply join us in Indy (a one-time fee) in the days before the show and we will help you develop a road map to success. The second option is to Join TEAM now and we will waive the monthly TEAM fee in February to help defray your costs at the show. In all cases there is a simple requirement.
